Join Brittney Rose & Dominick Cole on a five night mindful living yoga retreat on a one mile island in Belize - all to ourselves! Your days will consist of daily yoga and meditation with Brit & Dom, unlimited coconuts and most importantly time to tune into yourself and practice awareness to live fully in the present. - Whether it’s doing nothing, exploring the nature that surrounds the island or connecting with yourself and others. Indulge in the island life mentality of going slow and take the time to appreciate and experience the now.
What can student's expect in Brittney's classes?
Brittney offers challenging yoga classes that are accessible to all levels of students. Through breath work and holding poses, you will strengthen not just your body but also your mind. Expect everything from the simple sound of your own breath and the ocean’s waves to upbeat and inspiring music guiding you. Brittney knows that yoga is for everybody, and each practice should be carefully designed to compliment each student uniquely. She wants you to know that her classes are a safe and accepting place for you to dive more deeply into yourself and your practice.
Workshop 1 - Vision board
Tap into the most natural part of your humanity, the creative part of your mind that flows effortlessly, through art and inspiration as we pre pave the lives we want to live and get ready to birth our dreams into reality.
Workshop 2 - Acro Yoga Partner Practices
This workshop is all about having fun. Partner stretching and strengthening, counter balances, and base and flyer poses and transitions. All poses and transitions will be taught with spotters for safety. In this practice practitioners will learn physical skills alongside the deeper fundamentals of conscious connection and the practice of playing and having fun.
Workshop 3 - Empowering information on practicing Awareness
Did you know that practicing self awareness can be your option of healing, and transformational growth. Learning and utilizing specific tools can change the way you drain energy, feel stress, and navigate difficult situations in your life. As humans it is inevitable at times to feel harsh emotions, uncomfortable sensations, and wild inner thoughts. The only choice we have is to change our relationship to these humanlike feelings that are not always fun. This is where all the knowledge we have today about the mind body connection can empower you to make changes that have lasting results.
Workshop 4 - Implementing tools for change
For every individual it takes different tools and techniques for self regulation. In this workshop we will explore these options as we inspire and support each one of you to take home the tools that work well for you.

Meet Your Hosts: Brit & Dom
Brittney Rose is one of the co founders of the wellness company, Life Source Retreats and she has been creating, hosting and co-leading various retreats since the company’s inception in 2013 in Tulum, Mexico. She has completed 500+ hours of yoga teacher training and attended dozens of workshops and programs. Brittney made it her mission to share the tools she’s gathered through her years of study that have helped her live a better life, so she can help you live yours. It is these tools that allowed Brittney to remain centered and grounded during her journey on USA Network’s Temptation Island, which premiered in January of 2019.
Dominick Cole has 600 hours of yoga teacher training, has practiced AcroYoga for over 4 years, and has an in depth personal study in nervous system functioning and human anatomy. He teaches yoga, AcroYoga classes and private lessons with the passion to bring a deeper understanding of mind and body awareness to his students. Dominick is a trauma-informed yoga practitioner who believes that healing trauma comes from the body-mind connection. With this belief, he teaches students to enable communication around what they experience by tapping into physical senses and emotions throughout the practice. His personal practice of yoga, AcroYoga, and touch therapeutics has developed his intuition to locate stuck energy in the body and mind. Dominick’s mission in sharing his knowledge is to assist others in becoming the teachers of their own senses in the hopes toward self-empowerment of releasing stuck energy and finding healing.
