Join Certified Personal Trainer and Health & Fitness Coach Tiffany Baker on a 7-day, 6-night complete fitness retreat in BREATHTAKING Belize! Fitness, FUN, and rest (yes, you can have it ALL) come together for an absolutely amazing time!
Tiffany is a Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Zumba Instructor (amongst a long list of other class format certifications) and all things health and fitness lover. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals and doing it in a FUN and effective way! She has been in full-time fitness as her career since 2010 helping thousands stay motivated to take care of their bodies through healthy eating and exercise.
She is a gym owner teaching anywhere from 20-25 classes every week and works one-on-one with 8-10 clients as well. She brings energy and joy to every class she teaches and is an encourager through and through. When you feel like quitting, she will get you to finish!
In high school she broke her back while sledding and, until she began aerial fitness, struggled with arthritis in her lower back. Today that pain is for the most part gone and she attributes that to the wonderful work done on her spine health through aerial fitness using a hammock.

A day in the life of This Belize fitness vacation

Monday - Sunday
Beginning Monday night after dinner will be a Zumba class where you can let loose to start your time on the island! Then, Tuesday through Saturday there will be two class offerings each day. You can choose to do one or them all! Here is a tentative sample schedule:
Monday: Post dinner Zumba
Tuesday: 6:30am Bootcamp, Post dinner Aerial Restorative Yoga
Wednesday: 6:30am PiYo, 8:30am Group Snorkel, Post dinner Zumba
Thursday: 6:30am Bootcamp, Post dinner Aerial Restorative Yoga
Friday: 6:30am PiYo, Post dinner Zumba
Saturday: 6:30am Bootcamp, Post dinner Aerial Restorative Yoga
Sunday: 6:30am PiYo
~Bootcamp will consist of cardio, strength using body weight and miscellaneous “equipment” on the island, and plyometrics. Each class will be different!
~PiYo is the perfect blend of Pilates and Yoga with music as the driving force. Strength and flexibility mixed to bring a powerful workout.
~Zumba is just FUN! Latin music and style of dance, sprinkled with some hip-hop and other blends of music, make this hour long session seem like minutes. Dancing is both good for the soul and the mind and whether you are good at or not, it doesn’t matter! Moving is the goal.
~Aerial Fitness will be the “therapy” of this retreat. Each individual guest will have their own specified hammock for the retreat not shared by anyone else. Stretching and lengthening of the muscles that have been worked in all of the other class formats for recovery both of the body and mind. Imagine the ocean as your music for this relaxing hour long session.
