Patti Jo Wagner, E-RYT, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and Life Coach is the founder of Mindful Living, a cozy Yoga and Ayurveda nest in Wisconsin. Yoga and Ayurveda became her lamp in the darkness while recovering from a boating accident that left her physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually wounded. Completing her teacher training began as a self healing tool and unexpectedly planted the seeds that grew into a life dedicated to helping others recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety and fear.

Patti Jo teaches from her heart and personal experience, giving students an authentic practice and an opportunity to truly connect to what matters most. Rooted in the breath, yamas and niyamas, Patti Jo’s intention is to help people live naturally and to experience firsthand how Yoga and Ayurveda is the lifestyle needed to “live a life you love” while surviving modern day chaos.

 

Yoga and Ayurveda opens our eyes to the abundant beauty around and within us. It teaches us that life is not a competition and it does not need to be complicated and fast paced. If we slow down to listen, Mother Earth shows us just how simple and satisfying life is meant to be. Learning to live according to the seasons, within and around us, gives us the intelligence to navigate the world with more grace and peacefulness. Living in sync with the beat of Mother Earth, guides us in the right direction, and gives us the wisdom to live naturally, simply and authentically. All we need to do is trust, accept and slow down long enough to receive.
