Treat yourself to daily therapeutic yoga/Pilates and island fitness adventures with this 5-night/6 day, relax and rejuvenate retreat!
You’ll experience daily “feel-good” yoga practices intended to restore your mind and body to balance, while also having fun and challenging your body and mind with daily island adventures. Together, we'll go snorkeling, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, and more! Our mission is to eat nutritious foods, explore and give our bodies exactly what they need to feel centered and balanced!
Each day, Veronica will lead two workouts, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. They will be a variety of invigorating and restorative classes such as Therapeutic Hatha Flow, Classical Pilates, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. All levels are welcome and will be accommodated and safely challenged!
During our retreat, there will be exciting adventures to get to know the local culture, experience unique activities and taste new flavors! Included are a local cooking class, a private snorkel tour and a beach hopping boat ride! Plus, feel free to sign up for additional activities in your free time.
When you’re not participating in retreat activities, you'll be relaxing in your villa or cabana, sunbathing on a hammock, swimming in the natural saltwater pool, receiving an optional seaside massage, or enjoying many of the complimentary water toys.

Meet Coach Veronica Ethridge
Veronica specializes in creating custom yoga and fitness programs for all body types and all ages.
She utilizes the following modalities in her practice: therapeutic Hatha yoga, classical Pilates, traditional strength and conditioning (weight training), aerial yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP), SUP yoga, and cardiorespiratory fitness exercise (cycling, running, rowing and kickboxing).
Veronica has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and has been practicing yoga and meditation for 17 years. She’s taught group fitness for over a decade, and she’s been personal training for 9 years. She’s an exercise science, yoga, Pilates and self-care geek!

Tuesday, January 7:
Welcome to Belize! Guests will arrive at the Belize City airport and take a provided 15-minute domestic flight and 25-minute boat ride to the resort on our private island! We'll check in and then meet Veronica for introductions, intention setting and a welcome Yoga Nidra class at sunset to help us ease into a deep relaxation after a day of traveling. We'll get to know each other more at dinner and get a good night's sleep.
Wednesday, January 8:
Wake up to a refreshing breeze and a Hatha Yoga class with Veronica. You'll warm up with the invigorating class and then cool down with a meditation before breaking for breakfast. In the early afternoon we'll depart for a private guided snorkeling excursion as a group to explore the local marine life. We'll have lunch and free time in the afternoon before coming together once more for a Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice. Group dinner.
Thursday, January 9:
This morning we'll kick things off with a Classical Mat Pilates class and meditation. We'll enjoy breakfast and some free time to relax on the beach or use some of the complimentary paddle boards and kayaks. Then we'll come together for a cooking class where we'll learn about some local cuisine and then enjoy lunch. Later in the day, Veronica will lead a Yin Yoga class and then we'll enjoy dinner together.
Friday, January 10:
Today's first workout will be a Hatha Yoga Flow and meditation. Then we will have a free day to relax and enjoy the beautiful private island. It's a good time to sign up for an optional massage as well! In the early evening, we'll have a Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra session followed by dinner.
Saturday, January 11:
Our day will begin with a Classical Mat Pilates class and meditation followed by a nourishing breakfast. Then we'll go on an island hopping boating adventure! We'll travel to Tobacco Caye, South Water Caye, Twin Caye, and Bird Caye while looking for manatees and enjoying an open bar! Upon return to our hotel, we'll have an optional Yin Yoga class and final group dinner.
Sunday, January 12:
On our last morning together, we'll enjoy a farewell class (depending on the departure schedule) followed by breakfast overlooking the ocean. Then we'll have some time to pack up, walk the beach one more time, and depart for the airport with a healthy glow and a big smile!
