YPO Forum Retreats in Paradise

Young Presidents' Organization members are invited to host their forum retreat on a private Caribbean island. Thatch Caye offers the real "ONLY IN YPO" experience.

Our exclusive, YPO forum retreat package is designed for 12 to 26 members and includes full-service accommodations and adventures. The package includes rooms, meals, local alcoholic beverages, boat transfers, island activities, and optional moderators including island owner and fellow business leader, Bill Poston.

YPO forums will enjoy the 8 overwater bungalows and 7 oceanfront cabanas, each with individual full baths and separate entrances. Each room can be outfitted with one king bed or two twin beds.

We offer several options for your group adventure and team building activities. The concierge will work with your forum to create a special "only in YPO" experience that highlights teamwork and adventure. Previous forums have enjoyed:

PLANNING YOUR TRIP

The island includes both cell service and internet access, but we encourage you to unplug and get inspired.

We love spouses both during and after your forum retreat. Let us know if you would like to extend your stay and we'll personalize a trip for your spouses.
Special pricing is available for forum retreats that start on a Monday or Tuesday.
